Whitney Rogers

Whitney enthusiastically brings over 30 years of live performance, stage experience and formal studies of the arts to Fox Hill School of Music. At the age of 2, Whitney was drawn to the stage and began her first formal training in multiple types of dance; from there, she performed in her first musical theater production at the age of 5, with decades more productions to follow. Her music studies and experience range from formal lessons in violin, piano and voice, all the way to classical choral concert singing and fronting rock and roll bands. She has been educated in multiple levels of acting, improvisation, movement, script analysis and musical theatre. Whitney looks forward to sharing her passion for connection to the arts and all of her training to enhance and optimize the experience of any young artist that walks into Fox Hill School of Music. When Whitney isn’t performing, creating art or participating in local athletic events, she is proud to be mothering her small children with her husband at their home in Glastonbury, CT.
