Anna is so excited to be joining the Fox Hill School of Music team as an online voice and piano instructor! She is currently based in central North Carolina. Anna received her bachelor’s degree
in vocal performance and music education from the University of Hartford in 2017, and has been teaching private lessons ever since. When living in Connecticut, Anna taught piano and voice for Summit Studios in Manchester and served as adjunct voice faculty at Bay Path University. She also sang with several choral ensembles in the Hartford area, including the Schola Cantorum at the Cathedral of Saint Joseph, Voce Inc., the GM Chorale, and Alchemy.
In 2020, Anna transitioned to online teaching and moved to the Midwest to pursue a master’s degree in speech-language pathology at the University of Iowa. Her passion for all things voice led her to seek out additional opportunities, including independent studies about singing voice therapy, a poster presentation on gender-affirming voice therapy, and a certificate in vocology through the National Center of Voice and Speech.
Anna is currently a speech-language pathology intern at Atrium Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC, where she works with individuals with voice disorders. She will graduate with her master’s degree in May, and looks forward to pursuing more musical opportunities in her new home!
