Music Technology & Recording Arts

Fox Hill School of Music is proud to host one of the most innovative and exciting Music Technology and Recording Arts programs today. With a brand new, fully customized music production suite filled with top of the line gear, students will have the opportunity to learn how to create, record and produce music with multiple paths and services available to them.

Group Classes:

For those students who are at beginner stage of their journey, group classes are a great way to get started. Students will be guided on a weekly basis through a customized curriculum that covers the essential elements of music production in a fun, clear and comprehensive manner.

One-on-One:

For those who are looking for a more personalized approach, we offer one-on-one sessions with an expert instructor who can address your specific needs and help guide you to the next stage in your development. Students can ask specific questions about recording technique, equipment, software, songwriting, production and more while be guided through relevant scenarios and projects.

Recording Sessions:

For those students who might not be interested in learning the technical side of music production themselves but would rather set up time to be recorded and produced, this is the option for you. You will work one-on-one with our expert instructor to develop your project, record it and produce it using our state of the art facility and top of the line music production equipment.

Whether you need help crafting your song or the putting together the  instrumentation, we have you covered! This option includes every element you’ll need to take your idea and turn it into a fully produced and professionally mastered song.

Free Space:

For those students who have a fundamental grasp on how to produce music and are simply looking to take advantage of our space as a rentable workstation, you’ll love our music tech free space option. Students can book available time on any of our three music tech workstations to work independently and follow their creativity wherever it goes. This is a self-guided option with no formal instruction. Students will need to be
independently approved for this option based on knowledge, competency and proficiency with the equipment. This can be achieved by completing our Music Tech Primer Course, Level One Music Tech  Group Class or through private evaluation.
